正梁建材科技发明的新型组装石膏隔墙成墙技术，是在国标石膏砌块应用基础上的升级换代产品，颠覆传统的圬工砌筑成墙工艺，将成墙方法简化为码垛和注浆两个步骤：

码垛：将墙块按着本身自带的精准定位槽直接干码摞成一面墙体，墙体自动垂直、平整，安装施工便捷、高效。

PALLETIZING: The Wall blocks according to its own precise positioning slot directly into a wall stack, the wall automatically vertical, flat, easy installation and efficient construction.

注浆：将粘结砂浆用专用设备注进墙体预留的注浆槽内，通过粘结砂浆粘结成墙。墙体整体完整性能优于普通砌筑。

GROUTING: the special equipment for binding mortar is injected into the grouting groove reserved for the wall, and the wall is bonded by binding mortar. The integral performance of the wall is better than that of the common masonry.

组装石膏隔墙用机械设备代替人工去完成繁重的体力劳动，用精准的定位结构辅助成墙代替技术要求很高的瓦工操作，极大的缓解砌筑工人的短缺，可真正实现建筑产业化和智能化。
