The new assembled gypsum partition wall has the following core advantages:

精度高，是国家标准的一倍以上，满足干码成墙的技术要求；

石膏内含的结晶水在遇火时分解，在墙面形成隔热层，在结晶水全部释放前墙体表面温度不超过140℃，所以石膏墙体耐火性好，耐火极限达到3小时以上；并且石膏制品遇火时只释放水蒸气，没有令人窒息的有害气体；

6) the crystal water contained in gypsum dissolves in the fire, forms the heat insulation layer on the wall surface, the wall surface temperature does not exceed 140 °C before the crystal water is completely released, therefore the gypsum wall body fire resistance is good, the fire resistance limit reaches 3 hours above;

石膏制品的毛细孔和墙块设计的孔洞决定了石膏隔墙的保温性能良好，与普通木材的平均导热系数相近；

7) the thermal insulation performance of the gypsum partition wall is good because of the pores of the gypsum products and the holes designed by the wall blocks. The average thermal conductivity of the gypsum partition wall is close to that of the common wood；

石膏制品具有呼吸功能，可微弱调节室内湿度；

重量轻，墙体成墙后表观密度＜0.6t/m³；

9) light weight, apparent density < 0.6 t/m;

施工效率高，相对传统砌筑方案可提高30%的施工速度；

大部分使用工业副产原材料，利废降耗成本低，相对传统方案降低10%～30%的成本；

半水石膏的加工温度为165℃，远低于石灰（＞800℃）和水泥（＞1200℃）的加工温度，符合全球性的低碳需求。石膏隔墙的生产过程全程环保，无废水、废气、废料排放。

12) the processing temperature of semi-water gypsum is 165 °C, which is much lower than the processing temperature of lime (> 800 °c) and cement (> 1200 °c) .
